Abstract
The dynamics of franchising as a hybrid organizational form in the philippine setting by Neriza Delfino.
This paper provides fundamental understanding of the basic components and the characteristics of franchising as a hybrid form of organizational setup and attemps to evaluate Philippine franchising activities within the context of capital and entrepreneurial capacity, standardization, and adaptation issues, dependence and autonomy, agency theory and the implications of such activities on bussiness growth, using data gathered from a selected number of franchisees, mostly located in the Metro Manila area.
