Abstract
AN ESSENTIAL element of any successful strategy for raising the level of well-being is through a sustainable increase in labor productivity. Now that the Philippine economy is in a slump, labor productivity can be a vital link to its economic development. Hence, this paper addresses the factors that could affect productivity in the Philippines.
