Abstract
Twenty participants were selected from the ASEAN to attend the month-long training, which consisted of two stages: a three-week period of classroom training by 10 professors at the INSEAD campus in Fontainebleau, France: and a one-week series of plant tours of six companies in Northern France, West Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
