The Social Development Research Center (SDRC) is an academic research institution of De La Salle University-Manila, established in 1979. It is committed to advancing learning through high-quality research and training that informs policy, empowers communities, and addresses pressing social issues. SDRC serves as a hub for generating transformative knowledge and promoting equitable, inclusive, and sustainable development. With a mandate to pursue research responsive to society’s changing needs, SDRC also engages in advocacy, capacity building, and collaboration with institutions across the Philippines and globally.
