This manual is an extensive and detailed step-by-step process in manufacturing a cross flow turbine. The manual serve as for manufacturers and engineers who want to engage in micro hydro development. The manual was distributed among schools and universities around the country through the Affiliated Renewable Energy Center (AREC) under the Department of Energy.
