Abstract
Conducting polypyyrole (p-TS) films were prepared by anodic deposition of 0.1 M pyrrole and 0.05 M to 0.20 M para-tulouene sulphonate in an aqueous solution. Resistivity versus Temperature measurements of the electrochemically prepared polypyrroles were obtained by Van der Pauw Technique at a temperature range of 88 K ti 298 K. Measurements showed resistivity decreases with temperature. A T -1/4 dependence of the logarithm of resistivity was obtained consistent with Mott's variable range hopping conduction model.
