Spirituality in the Filipino workplace

Abstract

This research describes the nature of spirituality in the Filipino workplace. Ingersoll's Spiritual Wellness Inventory (SWI) was used as the primary tool to measure the level of spirituality. A spirituality questionnaire was also constructed to go along with the SWI to further deepen the understanding of spirituality. The two instruments were administered to 545 respondents. There were significant results and themes which showed differences in spirituality when categorized according to gender and rank.
