Abstract
This descriptive article discusses the theoretical functions underlying the process approach to college ESL/EFL writing that is tied to the integration of content and language. It also focuses on languaging as an extension of the input hypothesis and how certain languaging classroom practices are applied to the teaching of academic reading and writing. It also offers some helpful guideline on error feedback.
