Abstract
In the Philippines, while it is generally acknowledged that every nation has moral leaders, it has been difficult to construct an account of morality in leadership from the leaders of educational institutions due to insufficiency of empirical data. While there is an expansive literature on moral leadership from the western perspectives, little is known about morality in leadership specifically from the Filipino perspective.
