Abstract
The development of a manual for the Student Representatives Pool (SRP) Program of the University serves as a documentation of this existing program. The creation of the manual serves as a guide in the implementation of its activities and processes. This also provides a baseline from where assessment and evaluation of the program may be done as aspects of the program are enlisted and objectives are stated for further enhancement and consideration, respectively. Vital to the implementation of this program is the performance of the student representatives, thus, this incorporates concepts on student development and involvement in student disciplinary processes.
