Abstract
Maintenance and repair welding is actually the most efficient and sensible way to recycle metal used m the manufacturing of machine parts. It allows the welder to replace the worn-out or damage machine parts rapidly, reliably, precisely and economically. Preventive maintenance welding technology is concerned on the development of welding processes and techniques, to prolong the service life of the machine parts and equipment. It also minimize downtime and spare parts inventories. In maintenance and repair condition are entirely different, which it involves the generation of high stresses, load temperatures (up to thousands o degrees) and has wide variety of difficulty.
