Abstract
The trend on the application of Digital Image Processing has paved for a future consists of an automated workforce where the goal is to minimize the number of errors that is induced by continuous hours of working. This setup is followed in institutions where access to the premises of a vehicle is determined by the detection of an authorized sticker. The study developed a prototype , whose effectiveness, accuracy and speed in automatically detecting the car sticker was tested in real-time. Research results show that the technology can be integrated and can perform better with more fine-tuning.
