Abstract

CWTS is composed of classroom sessions and field activities. But most of the activities of DLSU- CWTS are field activities. During field activities, the task of monitoring students become more intricate and demanding. There is then a conscious effort on the part of the program implementers to monitor the Lasallian students in order for the objectives to be met.

All these can be reached by having guidelines, policies and reminders. Despite having the DLSU student handbook and the CWTS manual of operations, the program implementers thought that it would be more proper to have a concise CWTS handbook for both the students and facilitators which will be their main guide in the implementation of CWTS.
