Abstract
SnO2 nanomaterial was synthesized using the non-catalytic, horizontal vapor phase growth technique. The resulting nanostructured SnO2 were then subjected to differential thermal analysis (DTA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to obtain its thermal properties such as its melting point, latent heat of fusion, endothermic peak temperature, thermal resistance, thermal conductance and specific heat capacity. The reaction profile was then obtained from DSC measurements.
