This research shows the results on the rutting and fatigue for the materials derived from maintenance of flexible pavements and the accumulation of tires that have become a threat to the population in terms of health and invasion of the public space. The two types of materials are waste that comes from different processes: the first one comes from recycling asphalt pavement and the second one from tire wear unused for different vehicles. The studies include analysis of the materials in the original condition and a proposal for improving the material, considering the reduced production of greenhouse gases. The product obtained in this project intended to be used in secondary and tertiary roads (rural roads) from Colombia, to improve the connection between agricultural production areas and urban centers in such a way that it contributes to the improvement and development of the competitiveness of these areas.
