Abstract
This research focuses on studying and constructing the characteristics of Android application and Raspberry Pi and their application into the modern life, as well as introducing the features proven to have potentials in improving some aspects together with the technology called Internet of Things (IoT). This study explains the application of Raspberry Pi in monitoring fridge in which there will be a portion of sensors used to identify the goods inside the fridge. Once a sensor is triggered, the data is stored into the database where the internet or so-called cloud will gather the data. Then the data will flow through the Android application where the user can see what is inside of the fridge. The system is tested and the result and accuracy of the system are expressed in details. Results show that the system has accuracy of 94.49%.
