Abstract
This special issue contains 7 articles that discuss the exhaustive and illustrative different approaches and highlight different contexts for problematizing human rights in health care during COVID-19. On the one hand, these illustrate the different ways human rights in health care have been challenged. These also show how human rights in health care can be negotiated and reimagined.
