Abstract
This study presents an evaluation on the goals of Office Prayer Community Foundation, Inc. to determine the responsiveness of its formation programs. The data from this study came from telephone interviews conducted on selected core leaders and members from survey forms distributed to all core leaders and members of 10 of its 20 affiliated office community. The accumulated data was used to establish if the present formation programs are responding to its goals of evangelizing the different office communities affiliated to it which can be seen a) from the perceived goals of the leaders in relation to the OPC goals b} from the perceived goals of the members in response to the goal of their leaders and c} if both responses are aligned to express a responsive formation programs.
