Abstract
We investigated gold nanoparticles and platinum nanoparticles intracellular uptake using Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS) and Particle Induced Xray Emission (PIXE), respectively. The DNA analysis and AuNP uptake was also presented. The findings of this study will help in the design of the nanoparticles for therapeutic and diagnostic applications
