Abstract
This survey study gathered information from Human Resources (HR) professionals from campus recruitment teams across various industries partnered with De La Salle University in the July 2023 Job Expo. The purpose of this research is to provide insight into what employers look for in recent graduates and interns, as well as to identify the qualities that make students a great fit for organizations and the ever-changing needs of employers when it comes to hiring new hires. It also touched on identifying the challenges businesses encounter when trying to find qualified candidates and the general issues they face when hiring fresh graduates and interns. Finally, the company partners gave their recommendations on how DLSU can prepare its graduates for successful employment.
