Abstract
With the emerging CWTS student concerns, the need to create supplementary guidelines for handling specific issues has become more indispensable. Cognizant of this gap, the author identified three prevalent CWTS student concerns, such as (1) attendance, (2) changing of NSTP track and CWTS section, and (3) student discipline. The author also constructed detailed guidelines for more efficient and effective strategies in managing the identified recurring CWTS challenges. The supplementary guidelines are based on the current NSTP-CWTS Manual of Operations (2012), Undergraduate Student Handbook (2012-2015), and the consolidated adjustments while running the program in the Academic Year 2012-2013.
