Abstract
Vanishing twin is a phenomenon where more babies are conceived than born. A documented case of a 37 years old G3P1 (1011) who was first diagnosed with twin pregnancy during her prenatal check up but eventually ended up in a singleton pregnancy. Careful monitoring was done until a successful delivery of a live term baby boy was made. Review of histopath confirms the mark of the vanished twin. A vigilant follow up was emphasized as the key in the management of this case and a multidisciplinary approach should be done.
