Abstract
The team has conducted series of workshops in the analysis of interview transcripts and generation of similar and varying themes between males and females. Through the individual and group interviews, the team has developed a tool assessing the risk of dropping out among students. The development of the tool was improved through consultation with experts on tool development and on education. The results of the study and the tool were validated and presented to selected school personnel, students, and parents through a workshop facilitated by the team. A dissemination workshop with the respondents, the Department of Education, and The Asia Foundation was the project’s concluding activity.
