Ma. Luisa Lacson, Program Director of the DLSU-Catechetical Center and faculty member of the Religious Studies and Teacher Education Departments, gave a talk on teaching Catechism to special children at the Catholic Congress on Mental Retardation. The Statistical Assistance for Research, headed by Fr. Luke Moortgat, sponsored the congress.
