Description

The first building occupied by DLSC on 417 Nozaleda Street (now 1666 General Luna) in Paco was bought by Br. Adolphe Alfred from Perez Samanillo on February 1, 1911. It was later sold to Vicente Madrigal on March 19, 1920 after Br. Acisclus Michael bought the Taft Avenue property in 1915. As stipulated in the sale, the iron fence is not included in the sale.
