Description
Brother Vidonus Andrew, FSC, negotiated the sale of the Paco property for P250,000 with Vicente Madrigal on this Feast of St. Joseph. The sale excluded the iron fence (crafted in Scotland). The sale proviso also included using the entire property for 18 months and the right to cut down 12 trees for firewood.
