Description

In December, 1991, the Department of Education, Culture and Sports listed De La Salle University among the 18 excellent tertiary schools being given full deregulation. In a memorandum, DECS Secretary Isidro Carino noted that the schools would have complete administrative, curricular and financial autonomy for two years starting SY 1992-1993.
