Description
The Council of Student Organization continues its search for The Outstanding Coeds and The Outstanding Young Men (TOC-TOYM) of DLSU for 1996. TOC-TOYM traces back to school year 1982-1985 when the concept of a model Lasallian was not yet clearly established. Conceptualization of the model design was achieved in SY 1993-1994. TOC-TOYM is now on its 11th year.
