University Library Director and Archivist Fe Angela Verzosa was voted the 1996 Academic and Research Librarian by the Philippine Association of Academic and Research Libraries (PAARL) for her outstanding national contribution to librarianship and library development. She was honored by the PAARL board during its general assembly.
