Dr. Teresita Fortunato, Coordinator of the Filipino Graduate Program of the Department of Philippine Languages gave a lecture on Filipino Language Testing and Program Evaluation to the elementary and high school teachers of St. Scholastica's College. The lecture was part of the school's faculty development program for the school year.
