Description
The University conferred an honorary degree of doctor of business management, honoris causa, on Oscar Hilado, former chairman of the board of trustees, for being an exemplar of personal integrity and service to country during the June 6, 1992 commencement exercises. Hilado's commencement address centered on the revival on the sense of nationhood.
