DLSU Press, Inc. Sales and Marketing Manager Isabel Sebullen won 2nd prize in the 5th Quin Baterna Short Story Writing Contest. Her winning story was Kadena . The award was her third of this annual competition. Sebullen was the year's writing fellow for fiction in Hiligaynon of the Bienvenido N. Santos Creative Writing Center.
