Dr. Marjorie Evasco, Associate Professor of the Literature Department and award-winning poet, joined the illustrious list of distinguished teachers honored by the Metrobank Foundation in this year's 1999 Search for Outstanding Teachers. The awarding ceremony was on September 3, the 37th anniversary of the Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company.
