Leila Castaneda, a BS Electronics and Communications Engineering Batch '98 cum laude graduate, was named one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) of 1999. The awarding ceremony was held on April 7 at Malacañang Palace. His Excellency President Joseph Estrada conferred the awards to the winners.
