Description
Dr. Salud Evangelista of the Counselor Education Department was named Outstanding Teacher of the College of Education for SY 1992. Dr. Evangelista was the first recipient of the award. Each college chose their outstanding faculty and student to be honored during the respective college week. The Khu Yek Chiong and Tan Chun Tee endowment funds financed the award.
