A Full Professor from the Accountancy Department, Dr. Ferrer earned his Doctor in Business Administration degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and his Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Leadership Management degree from De La Salle University. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Ferrer was the Director of Center for Professional Development in Business (CPDB) at Ramon V. del Rosario College of Business. Dr. Ferrer is a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines), Certified Management Accountant (CMA-Australia), Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA, USA), and Certified Forensic Audit (CrFA-United Kingdom). He also has a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standard (DipIFRS-United Kingdom) and Diploma in Accounting and Business (DipACCAUnited Kingdom).
