Description

Isaias Ibardolaza was employed to oversee the safe crossing of grade school children on Taft Avenue. His traffic work starts in the morning when students come to school and in the afternoon after dismissal. The rest of his time was spent proctoring along Taft Avenue sidewalks where some boys wait for their cars.
