Description

Brother Egbert Xavier FSC [William Kelly] was DLSC Director from 1937-1945. The first 4 years of his directorship were spent for the completion of DLSC's building. He was a founding member of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) and campaigned for shortening primary and intermediate schooling by 1 year (no 7th grade) and High School by 1 year.[1939]
