DLSU System Interim President Dr. Carmelita Quebengco announced that Dr. Wilfrido V. Villacorta, Professor of DLSU-Manila and Founding Member of the Yuchengco Center, has been appointed Deputy Secretary-General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Dr. Trinidad S. Osteria takes over his position as President of the Yuchengco Center.
