Abstract/Summary

Nowadays, eCommerce plays a vital role in all types of businesses whether B2B or B2C. With the ever fast-changing world, technology made a strong impact through the promising claims and features of digitalization. For eCommerce, it breaks the limitation of having a physical store to the only key areas in the cities. Anywhere the consumers are, they can acquire the product that they want looking at the long list of different marketplaces in this generation. The convenience of buying a product at your comfort zone gives the consumers another view on customer satisfaction. With the emerging players who are all competing against each other, Vessel exists to connect all types of marketplaces in the Philippines. With the objective of making our retailers life easy and their processes more seamless, Vessell is an eCommerce system that enables different retail platforms to be connected to each other providing omnichannel experience.
