Abstract/Summary

The purpose of this paper is to establish an expense information dissemination program for the use of the different departments of a shipping company in the Philippines that is aimed at developing the awareness of each department and enhance the reliability of the recorded expense data. This paper also introduced training alternatives to mitigate the negative consequences of budget cuts. This action research paper followed the research methodology recommended by Coghlan and Brannick (2019) going through two cycles with reflection after each cycle.
