Abstract/Summary

The sudden growth of competition in the Philippine airline industry has led to significant challenges, including inadequate infrastructure, outdated air traffic management systems, and congestion in major airports. This study aims to improve the network structure of the domestic Philippine air traffic network in order to address the challenges being faced by the country. The study utilizes a genetic algorithm (GA) and measures of centrality in the analysis of the network structure.
