Abstract (English)
Scend is a business established by five students namely Wendy B. Aguila as the Chief Marketing Officer, Robie Janmichael M. Chua as the Chief Operations Officer, Giancarlo S. Chua as the Chief Human Resources Officer, Coln Jaypi R. Lucero as Chief Finance Officer, and Allan Robert V. Reyes as the Chief Information Technology Officer. The company was created for a requirement in their course. The founders of Scend established the company in order to address a growing societal issue in contemporary times providing innovative products to consumers with the purpose of making the perfect gift for people who would like to give something meaningful to their loved ones. Hence, Scend Candles are highly personalized scented candles that have a short message included in the label as well as a customizable QR code that leads to a link up to the customer’s liking, which was initially limited to and usually is Spotify Links. As well as creating Care Candles, scented candles that are designed to assist consumers in their wellness journey by providing them with options on how they can take care of themselves through a QR link indicated in the product’s lid.
