Specifically, DPWH's main office employees based in Manila uses drone technology to take pictures and collect the data needed for their completed projects. The research uses a quantitative methodological approach and a self-administered structured questionnaire as its data collection tool. The relationship between the level of use of AI drone technology in the workplace and the level of self-esteem are also investigated, and the results show a significant and positive moderate correlation between the two variables. Findings also reveal that AI drone technology using in the workplace and job performance has a significant and strong positive correlation. Also, since the level of self-esteem is significant and have a positive moderate correlation with using AI drone technology, it means that the employees have high self-belief when using AI technology and have strong self-assurance in their ability to tackle tasks independently.
