Abstract/Summary
The first part of this study aims to determine the extent of participation of the faculty of Mount Carmel High School Maria Aurora in the Prelature Pastoral Formation Program. The research is a descriptive study wherein two aspects of faculty participation were surveyed including the reasons for their non-participation. The administrators' satisfaction regarding faculty participation was also measured. The respondents were sixteen teachers and two administrators. The questionnaire used was constructed by the researcher patterned after the questionnaires used in similar studies done by Canivel (1976) and Palencia (1984). All the sixteen (16) teachers of Mount Carmel School Maria Aurora were respondents of the study. The findings of the study revealed that the teachers pers
