Abstract/Summary

This Practicum Report discussed the development of the Practicum Project. It covered the short description on the background of the Company, which is the Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT), to the extensive research and implementation of the chosen subject. The system that was developed was named as the Operation Support (OPS) System. It is a system designed for PLDT WeRoam. Chapter 1 introduced the background of PLDT. The objective and significance of the practicum project were also discussed here. Chapter 2 briefly discussed the work description of the trainee on his Practicum. Chapter 3 discussed comprehensively the Practicum project which is the Operation Support (OPS) System. Lastly, Chapter 4 summarized and presented the conclusion of the whole Practicum Report.
