Abstract/Summary
Receiving full support from the students, teachers and parents, the split schedule was given conditional approval by the Department of Education. The program is now in its second year and has received the unconditional approval of no less than Undersecretary Albarracin himself. While seemingly successful, however, the program some very important questions unanswered. It was in the hope of answering some of these questions that this author decided to conduct the present study.
