Abstract/Summary

The purpose of this research aims to promote a sustainable business practice through people management during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Every Nation Campus Philippine Office. The Covid-19 pandemic has brought drastic changes in the lives of the people and the workplace. With the evolving work environment and demands in the organization, valuing and proper management of the human capital and ensuring that they embody the corporate culture: (1) Spiritual Fervor, (2) Professional Excellence, (3) Relational Unity, and (4) Missional Passion will help propel the organization's growth. Physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy staff are highly adaptable, agile, and effective in serving and delivering the work demands.

The issues discussed in this research were identified through collaboration and inquiry. Continuous collaboration and reflection were performed throughout the duration of the insider action research. The first cycle focused on addressing the relational, missional, and spiritual needs of the staff. The second cycle covered how the Administrative and Operations Team made systems and process updates in order to adjust to the new normal

Overall, this action research paper tried to discuss how a company can be a step closer to achieving sustainability through the understanding of its employees' needs, striving to engage and collaborate with them to address issues, and providing avenues for growth.
