Abstract/Summary
TTPPH is a Locally owned online bookstore which has been established on March 26, 2020. The online store mainly sells Books, notebooks, and children's puzzles. The business started with 26 Skus, 53 items in total with a starting capital of 18, 330.PHP. The store was initially founded and operated by 2 partners. Where in which after five months two additional partners were brought in to assist with the overall operations of the business making the total partners 4. This study looked into the issues encountered in managing an online bookstore and shared the actions taken to resolve the identified issues.
