The purpose of this research was undertaken to address the following stakeholders:

  • Company – match the career goal of each employee to the next generation.

  • Collaborators – it boosts employee morale and increases value within the

    organization. Creates an opportunity to look forward to something beneficial

    (personal or professional)

  • Action Researcher – identify the benefits similar to that of the collaborators.
